Senior Voice AI Engineer — Convogent Delivery

The Senior Voice AI Engineer will take voice AI use cases from discovery through live production for enterprise customers. This hands-on role involves building and customizing voice agents using the company's proprietary accelerator platform within customer-facing delivery pods. Responsibilities: - Own customer delivery outcomes by taking voice AI use cases from discovery through production go-live - Customize and configure the voice AI accelerator to each customer's telephony stack and integrations - Engineer real-time audio pipelines for production, optimizing STT and TTS flows for latency and call quality - Build and adapt the orchestration layer to connect STT, TTS, and LLM agents into resilient workflows Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience - Hands-on experience building and deploying voice agents with Pipecat, LiveKit, or similar frameworks - Deep expertise in STT (Deepgram, Whisper, AssemblyAI) and TTS (ElevenLabs, Cartesia, Amazon Polly) - Production fluency in Python plus at least one of Node.js, TypeScript, or Go
