Senior Full Stack Engineer – Frontend Focused

The company is building an AI-powered planning engine for the construction industry to optimize decisions and tradeoffs before construction begins. This role is for a builder who thinks in systems and designs for scale, working directly with founders to shape the product and engineering standards. You will be responsible for shipping products daily while ensuring the system remains resilient as the company grows. Responsibilities: - Build end-to-end features (DB → API → UI) - Design scalable data models and backend architecture - Ship clean, production-grade frontend experiences - Review and improve system design decisions - Work directly with founders on product direction - Help define engineering standards as the team scales Qualifications: - Strong backend fundamentals (APIs, databases, performance, system design) - Strong frontend skills (React/Next.js or similar modern frameworks) with minimum 5 years of work experience - Experience building and shipping real products - Ability to plan before building and refactor when needed - High ownership mindset - Bonus if you've worked in early-stage startups or B2B SaaS
