DevOps Engineer

The Work Agents team is seeking a DevOps engineer to build and maintain the infrastructure harness for developing, evaluating, and serving autonomous agents. This role involves a blend of engineering and operations, focusing on self-service tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-cluster, multi-tenant reliability. Responsibilities: - Run and maintain multi-cluster Kubernetes environments, including upgrades, node lifecycle, RBAC, and troubleshooting - Own CI/CD pipelines from commit to production, including canary and blue-green rollout patterns - Provision and maintain cloud resources via infrastructure-as-code - Build internal tooling, CLIs, and operators to make the infrastructure harness self-service Qualifications: - 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform/infrastructure engineering with hands-on ownership of systems - Kubernetes fluency, including day-to-day cluster operations and debugging - Cloud proficiency in AWS (VPC, EC2, EKS, IAM) with working knowledge of Azure - CI/CD experience with tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, or Flux
